Employee Mental Health Resiliency Training


This 20 minute training session for employees provides key principles to develop resiliency strategies.

Resiliency: A necessary ability that all human beings need in order to survive. On average, 1 in 5 individuals will suffer from a mental health condition at some point in their career. Building up resiliency and developing a plan of action can assist in facing every day difficulties head-on, and will aid individuals coming out of those difficulties in becoming stronger and more equipped to handle future life challenges.
