The evidence for return to work presented by Cullen, et al indicates that there is strong evidence that work focused CBT improves return to work success for individuals with mental health conditions. This one day workshop focuses on the strategies and how to apply work focused CBT principles in your return to work practice.
This is a skill building hands on workshop that will focus on how the principles can be applied when managing disability, supporting employee recovery and when focused on sustainable return to work. It will assist those who refer to other professionals for CBT with the knowledge to assist the employee in applying the principles in the workplace.
This workshop is best suited for professionals who support return to work in the workplace, in the community and as part of health teams.
The participant will receive a certificate of completion, toolkit and practical tools that can be used to support employees returning into the workplace.
